Exchanges, Returns & Warranty

You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To start the process, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. We will guide you through every step with care and respond within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. For exchanges, we ship the new item as soon as the return is approved.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped with full tracking. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you receive the tracking code by email.

Delivery times vary by location and are displayed at checkout. We do our best to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

Every Sou Fascinado por Ti cap is covered by our quality guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials, embroidery and structure.

If you notice any defect, contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will evaluate and, if the defect is confirmed, replace the item at no cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications or normal wear and tear.
